Thermoelectric-based cooling system for high-speed motorized spindle II: Optimization and validation strategy

چکیده

With the development of motorized spindle, cooling effect and distribution capacity become crucial problem system. An optimization method for thermoelectric-based system (TECS) is proposed based on conservation energy to distribute capacity. The main strategy make cold heat input at different regions spindle sleeve equal in real-time through optimizing contact area between conduction (HCS) sleeve. numerical simulation thermal characteristics experiments are carried verify TECS. experimental results show that maximum temperature rise elongation TECS-based reduced 56.7% 58.6% compared with water-cooled more uniform. It meaningful improve accuracy spindle.
